Happy St. Patrick's Day to Everyone. This is a sweet little tea set from my mother. It was made in Connemara, Ireland and has four teacups with saucers, a teapot, honeypot and salt and pepper shaker that sit in a little holder with three individual spots.
As you can see, I've used one of the saucers as a plate for a savory bisquit that I made from this recipe in Bon Appetit. I've also placed a little pot of shamrocks in another one of the tea cups.
Now, I think I'll make that cup of tea and savor one of those delicious bisquits.
What a great Tea Set! I never seen one like it!Oh and to have a honey pot! I want one so much! lol The biscuits are wonderful with your tea, and the shamrocks in the tea cup! We spent the day in Lake George and it was gorgeous, Vermont was in the mid 60's...just lovely. I am longing to continue working on our formal rose garden, I can't wait to get in the dirt!!! :)
