Just had to post this very delicious dish from Martha Stewart's Living magazine August 2010 issue.
I made it for FHFB last night and he ate the entire bowl (with some help from me). We also had a crusty loaf of semolina bread to help scoop up some of the delicious wine and garlic juices at the bottom of the bowl. Along with a fresh tomato salad and a bottle of crisp white wine, this dinner was easy and just perfect for a summer evening.
Ann Marie, I made this on Saturday, its amazing. I also made her pasta with fresh mozz. and basil/tomatoes from the garden..super easy, fresh and delicious! Now you have me wanting to make it again tonight and the white wine is just the perfect accompaniment to this dish.
ReplyDeleteHave fun with Kurt, he is great!! I need to get to the spa soon and down to see Kurt one of these days, Oliver starts Kindergarten next month so I will have a bit more time. However I am so sad, I love having the boys home all Summer, I have never been one to look forward to school, I love being surrounded by my family and I just know you and your wonderful husband are very similar parents!! You both are so inspirational to me. It is so wonderful to see how happy a couple can be. We are celebrating 24 years together in October and it just keeps getting better and better. I love how you and your husband spend so much wonderful quality time together!
Have a lovely day
xoxo
