Yummy :-) Is this a special dinner just for tonight? or part of this weeks meal plan?
ReplyDeleteHi Denise, believe it or not it's my menu for tonight. I've been away for 10 days and am probably going overboard because I've missed cooking so much! I'll need to begin gathering some control over my menu planning, but it's so much fun! Ciao, bella!
ReplyDeleteHello Ann Marie, the asparagus looks so adorable coming up from the ground. I think it is so cute the way it grows, there is just something about it that makes me smile! Your menu sounds delicious and healthy. I like chicken meatballs but don't like them fried in a lot of oil so baking sounds great. I haven't tried that in a long time! As a matter of fact I made organic turkey meatballs for the family last night but I didn't eat them because I just wasn't in the mood for anything cooked in oil, even though it was olive oil I was just craving lighter. Well I hope you are enjoying your lovely meal. I think the sun is coming out tomorrow I hope, I have a lot of gardening to do.

The turkey meatballs look so good. I'll have to try using turkey in mine. I make a spinach-turkey meatloaf the my family loves and they all prefer it now to beef. Not that I could ever give up beef, but it's nice to have a change now and then. And keep it healthy;)
